3.1 General Terms of Use (CGU)
  1. Account required to use Tayzone
  2. Accurate and verifiable information (email, phone, profile picture)
  3. Identity card or driver’s license may be requested
  4. Shared, sold, or rented accounts prohibited
  5. Suspension or deletion for fraud or rule violations
  6. Respect for other users and support agents required
  7. CGU may be modified with notification via the app
3.2 General Terms of Sale (CGV)

Booking

  • Booking only via the app
  • Trips: short (0–100 km), long (100–310 km)
  • Booking for self or others allowed with accurate information
  • Confirmation and payment required for validation
  • Multiple passengers = price split

 

Payment

  • Payment via app mandatory
  • External payment prohibited
  • Platform commission on each trip
  • Optional fees for luggage/services
  • Refunds only via app

 

Cancellation and Delays

  • Short trips: 3 free cancellations/day, then €3 per additional cancellation
  • Long trips: cancellation ≥24h before departure = full refund, otherwise partial
  • Driver delay: 10 min tolerance, after which automatic cancellation
  • Passenger can request refund in case of delay
  • Passenger no-show = partial or no refund depending on conditions

 

Address / Pickup Point

  • Address change possible before driver arrival
  • After arrival: driver may accept or refuse
  • Pickup points set by the platform, passenger must arrive on time
  • Delay >10 min = automatic cancellation
  • Variable number of passengers = price recalculated unless stated otherwise

 

Driver and Passenger Rules

  • Driver: valid license and insurance, vehicle in good condition
  • Respect for passengers required
  • Dangerous driving prohibited
  • Arrival confirmation via app mandatory
  • Passenger: must be at the pickup point
  • Personal belongings = passenger responsibility

 

Safety and Disputes

  • Support only via chat
  • Conflicts: each party presents their version
  • Agent intervention possible if both parties agree
  • Final decision (cancellation/refund) belongs to the platform
  • Fraud/abusive behavior = permanent exclusion

 

Luggage and Pets

  • Declaration mandatory
  • Refusal possible if rules not followed
  • Additional fees may apply
  • Dangerous items prohibited
  • Dangerous animals prohibited
  • Secured luggage mandatory

 

Intellectual Property

  • Website, app, and content protected by copyright
  • Reproduction or copying without permission prohibited
  • Source code, database, and interface belong to Tayzone
  • Violation = legal sanctions
